The Hluhluwe Gate Bush Camp is situated right on the border (150m from the fence line) of the Hluhluwe section of the Hluhluwe and uMfolozi Game Reserve. The only one of its kind, means it literally takes 1 min to be at the entrance gates!
Situated on tribal land, which belongs to a local Zulu family, means that this new venture is directly empowering the local people and its economy. Kyle Van Huyssteen was approached by the family to open a functional lodge on the property, on a lease and a business ownership basis. Now, together with the local people we hope to provide you the valued guest with an unique, affordable and quality bush experience!!

Rhys Scott-Dawkins
Rhys, a serious bush lover in his own right, is part owner of the business along with Kyle.
